MC4000多通道血压分析系统是一种非侵入性的仪器,旨在帮助研究人员有效地获得精确测量的大小鼠的血压。动物平台:动物平台包括获取血压结果的尾套和传感器组件。在测试期间,尾套逐渐膨胀包围尾巴,使动物不会惊动到而停止血流量。平台通电时,真空荧光显示屏位于动物平台前方,不间断地监控每个通道的温度水平。传感器组件包括一个自定义的“V型切口”的设计,用来固定动物的尾巴。传感器的顶部是便于拆卸的磁性装置,便于安置动物和快速安全的固定尾巴。这两个特点,大大减少了尾巴的运动,从而得到最好的结果。此外,尾套和传感器组件不需要因为动物的大小而更改,一套组件将适合所有的小鼠或大鼠的尺寸。

系统软件: 
MC4000是一个自定义分析软件,目的是获取、整理并研究大量的大小鼠血压测量数据。测量收缩压、舒张压、脉率和平均动脉压 ,自动计算结果的平均值和标准偏差,并实时显示多个波形 。可保存所有的测量、波形和统计。

 

双平台操作:
MC4000双平台操作允许一个用户操作多达八个动物。通过添加第二个同种的平台,MC4000可以输出双倍的结果。或增加不同的平台,使一个系统可以同时获取小鼠和大鼠的血压结果。
